UGANDA: THE STORY OF MYSTEIROUS LEPROSY WOMAN WHO FORETOLD THE (DER) FALL OF METEORITES

The untold story of changed of event right from 1395, the time Labongo and Lapir parted, cross the River Nile by dropping an Ax in water of River Nile and the Ax divided water into two to allowed Lapir cross the Nile while Labongo remain to the Eastern bank of the River Nile.

GULU-UGANDA: The Lwo or Luo communities according to various scholars believed that they are part of the lost Jews community, one of the 10 tribes of the Jews who move out of Canaan, the promising land after the death of King Solomon.

While some scholars reason that the Low were part of the 1000 people who came with Queen Saba, the King Solomon Wives to Ethiopia.

The sources from one of the Egyptology finding by Dr. Pacoto hypothesis indicates that the conflict in the Great Lakes Region the Low were part the Mero kingdom, they were the first builders of Pyramid  before they were driven by Arab from  Egypt to Ethiopia.

Other scholar argued that the current conflict in northern Uganda started from Ethiopia between the former Cushiest. And the Cwahiest, the wars were fought between the two kingdoms until they moved out of the Ethiopia plateau West ward to Sudan.

This historical information has been repeatedly recite Mr. Ottober, the current Headmaster of Anaka Pope Paul Secondary School.

Mr. Ottober says in around 2008 he was in Addis Se Baba attending International Education Conference, and it happened that the Director of Education in Ethiopia was a Luo from Anywak District, Gambela Ilubabor Western Province of Ethiopia. The Director of Education shared the same information with him, that the current conflict in Uganda started between us from Ethiopia, that is why the war is still being fought, Mr. Ottober reiterated.

“The war was between Cushiest and Cwahiest, the two kingdoms fought Cushiest defeated Cwahiest and Pushed them to Sudan, then the Cwahiest fought and defeated the Cushiest in the place where Blue and White Nile meet, the Cwahiest vowed that this is (Katum) literally we are going to die here. And they defeated Cushiest.”  Ottober urged.

The groups of Cushiest are the (Lango) Hermits like, the koramojong, Iteso, the Lango in Uganda, The Ankole, and Mukiga in Uganda. While there are other in Kenya, the like of Turukana, Pukot, Kalengin, Messiah. Including the Tutsi and Hutus in Rwanda and Burundi.

The Lake or River Hermits groups of people are the Luo in Kenya, Acholi both in Uganda and Sudan, the Bunyoro, Buganda, Basoga, Toro and Alur both in Uganda and Democratic Republic of Congo.

According to Muzee John Onyango Odongo P’Lapare finding, says that by 1,000 Centaury the Luo group of people who migrated from Ber-hel Gael in Central Sudan, when they crossed River Nile South ward. They found sickly people of Swazi kingdoms and conquered them.

And this led to the birth of Kitara bito Kingdom, and later on there came inter married between them that resulted to the formation of the new tribes called Buganda and Bunyoro.

The name Buganda originated from Gnada, and Ganda was a missed spell word from Luo Gang, according to Muzee Odongo Onyango

This narrative also was made by Zack Dwonga (RIP), the research book which he carried sometime back; Dwonga says the Cwahiest fought Jihad war before 1,000 Century from Ethiopia with Arab. And when the Cwahiest defeated the Jihad war, they Cwahiest divided themselves into two fronts.

The first Cwahiest went in shore, while other group of Cwahiest went off shore controlling the Indian Ocean. Their mission was to make sure the Jihad; Arab forces should never steep foot into Africa.

The groups of the Cwahiest who went off shore went fought the Jihad war with Arab in Mogadishu in early 1,000 Century and later founded Swaziland in Southern Africa, this same group went as far the South Africa and later meeting with the in shore groups in Namid Desert which they called fresh water in the mid of desert, Zack Dwonga narrative notes.

Thus, the  groups of Cwahiest that was still in Ethiopia when the were war between  groups of Cwahiest came and found their fellow Cwahiest group in the Northern Part of Uganda, this group of people had changed already called themselves Luo, they accompanied the Cwahiest people and founded Luo Babito kingdom, Dwonga argued.

“When the Bunyoro Kitara was founded, the Cwahiest say their Kingdom “tere ki nyo” literally means inter locking chains of kingdom from Ethiopia to Uganda” Zack Dwonga narratives.

What are the land mark that indicates that the current Luo in the Great Lakes Region are similar to the Jews in the Middle East, the period between 1,000 to 1,600 Century, there are significant account that shows that indeed the Luo people are the Jews.

The three times of the conflict between the Luo groups of people, one group must cross the River Nile by striking stick on the water or throwing and Ax into the water. In the same vain Biblical Moses did while the Israel was being perused by the Egyptian Pharaoh.

Secondly, by around 13 Century, the Low community also received manna from Heaven, the way when the children of Israel were in the desert in wilderness they also received manna from Heaven.

The Low groups of people were settling at the Hill of Got Amyel, the current Lira pa Low, in the place called Kaket. According to Muzee Luka Orach who had happens to study his Junior Secondary School at Lira Palow Junior Secondary School in 1958-59.

Orach says by 13 Century there was a great famine that lasted for many years, and people had starvation and many died as result of that famine. But by God grace, it rained Sorghum from Heaven, Orach urged.

“The Low community received Sorghum, instead of rainfall it felt Sorghum from Heaven, and that is why up to now Sorghum is the main stable food crop in Lira Palwo” Orach said.

Thirdly, according to Muzee Odongo Onyango, he says there was a time when the same Swazi Kingdom, the current Banyakole, Tutsi and Hutus came into contact again, the two former hostile groups of people mixed together. And because the Swazis the brothers and sisters, mother in-law and brother in-law they have sex regardless to their blood relationship, the Low also went into copied their norms.

This led to the abomination, God hunger came upon us, and God sent great meteorite that threatened to cover the all Low tribes. However, the people of Low pray and asked God forgiveness, and God relented.

This can be found in oral song, when the Low sung. “Eee’ yee. Nya Caa okelo polo madwong. Owiny ma won gang, an aneno wora, won Okello, Nya caa okelo polo madwong.” Odongo Onyango says, “The Low people raised up what is called Layep, every elderly person stood up and raised the stick the sign to provoke God to stop his hanger.” And it came to pass.

Lastly, later on came another meteorite that stroke the community at Medi Kiloc at Padibbe in Lamwo District, because the youth had descended to the abomination, they were dancing Laraka raka in Adam suit.

68 years old, Opiyo Luis Opoke says the Hill of got Abayo was not there before, the legan of Got Abayo it happened like this.

Once upon a time, there came a leprosy woman who came to fetch the water from the community well, but she could not be allowed to coop water by herself because of her leprosy.

So, that leprosy woman was begging every handsome girl to allow her drink the water, if they could give her the calabash since they considered her calabash being ordure.

The leprosy woman kept moving from one person to the other until one good Samarthan Girl offer her calabash and coops the clean water, gave to the leprosy woman.

Opiyo says, later the leprosy woman called the very girl who gave her some water to drink aside, and told her that you go to where the traditional dance is taking place. Call all your groups including relatives to move out. The went and called her teams outside the arena and informed them what the leprosy woman told her.

“Other people agreed to move out of the Orak dancing arena, while other say bad thing cannot happens, they went back to perform the act of abomination.” Opiyo argued.

Adding that as soon and the Good Samaritan girl walked passes the very well the mysterious leprosy women was, the meteorite stone covered the all tradition dance.

In conclusion, when the children of Israel had three and half year’s famine, when  King Hezehiah ordered for the head of Prophet Elisa because of three and half year famine. But the story of the four leprosy.
