BREAKING NEWS (OMORO DISTRICT UPC CHIRMAN ) ARRESTED IN KAMPALA BY POICE

The Omoro Uganda People’s  Congress party stalwart Charles Dicken Olak a dealer  in timber business in Gulu, Kitgum and Lamwo districts has been arrested in Kampala, locks up in Kira Road Police Station, sources from Kampala intimated to Oyeng-yeng news.

Olak has gone to Kampala to  following his case  from Naguru Police Headquarter, and he was arrested by police Ciminal Investigation Officer who is working with Okello the former District Police Officer of Kitgum.

in 2018 the Kitgum DPC robbed timber from Olak worth UGX 100 million  while the goods was on it transit to Kampala.

According to Olak, the former Kitgum DPC  one called Okello Denise alleged that he did not have value tax clearance from URA aand he Olak had failed to pay tax from the districts of where he was operating from..

However,, Olak proved his innocent by producing all the URA tax clearances and the registered documents, later he reported the case to Gulu, Northern Regional Police Headquarter, police from Northern Uganda desk forwarded his complain police  file to Kampala, Olak reportedly says.
