Simon Wokorach, who stood in for Gulu Residence District Commissioner Major Santo Okot Lapolo says the ministry of Energy confirmed their presence in the district as we launch with Northern Uganda Media Club the program clean energy campaign in Gulu district today.
“We are proud of the media because they are our Ambassador to the world, the media fraternity in the North is doing great job of informing the world, every day when I wake up I see a lot of news from the North, and especially Acholi Sub Region must run and catch up with the rest of people.” Wokorach insinuated.
He argues that we cannot talk about the clean energy as we have the people who endanger our life, while other people who live in urban areas always wake up to work to earn money. While people in the villages wake up and say how many trees are they are going to cut today?,
