UGANDA: OPEN LETTER TO FR. ONEN CHARLES

This letter was delivered to the Archbishop of Gulu Archdiocese and the Monsignor Mathew Odongo forthwith.

Rev. Fr. Charles Curate II of Honly Rosary has been abusing people in his summon, for example when Oyeng yeng News reported that it was alleged that he cough in adultery with somebody wife, Rev. Fr. Onen preaches that the author former choir was spokesperson of divine deity, without mentioning the particular deity.

Further Onen also attacked Rev. Bishop Johnson  Kagumba, and many other, does their reconciliation with Hon Odonga Otto and Kilbert Olan.ya. The two Legislators will reform the Marvic big moth Rev Fr.Onen? the answer is no. This is only a leeway to hoodwinks Catholic faithful that the errant homegrown Negro turn mole in Catholic Church to leave chasing girls and leaving sex maniac   “Ayee Rubangaacel keken, wona wa latwer ee ducu,” Fr. Onen has many hats

Hello father hope this missive finds you well and receive it AS WITHOUT PREJUCIDE DOCUMENT .I spent most of the day doing fact finding about you as the Acholi adage goes “yat me pud pe itongo kong iyeny lwite” i wasted part of my day to find the followings:

Fr.Onen Charles born in palaro and joined scared heart seminary years after me I left in 1994.

I established your uncle was a witch doctor and you where the tortfeasors or “lutong lwit yen”.

You have a wife and a child and lawiyadul and I would be more than willing to pay for DNA test if the church pleases.

You were in Anaka pope Paul SSS and earned from students “Yahweh” because of your prolific skills in womanizing and sleeping with female students.

You shamelessly grabbed a wife of a boda boda cum a market vendor that you wedded them in Holy Rosary Catholic Church.

You went in loggerheads with Bishop Gakumba of Church of Uganda years back and it took the intervention of Archbishop that reconciled you and they jointly prayed for your healing.

You in your earlier rants went into loggerheads with RDC Maj. Okot lapolo that nearly led to closure of radio Maria.

You were thereafter as part of the grand settlement recruited to be an “operative” and a monthly salary and with promise to build you a house worth Ushs 100,000,000(one hundred million).

You months ago went of air in a radio station abusing Hon.Betty Aol Ochan Leader of Opposition and Hon. Reagan Okumu.

Lately you were being a paid went on air to abuse myself Hon.odonga otto and Gilbert for the peace full demonstration organized to show government enough of corona patients in gulu.

I have also established that you are being used by politicians who oppose and did not participate in the demonstrations to make such radio utterances for pieces of silver.

You are a one-stop pay point for those who want to unseat MPs who have served more than 2 terms.

I have established that the army has now been deployed at your premises in fear of an impending youth attack on your estate.
I also established d you have a history of mental disorder.

You are seen early morning more than often leaving your wife’s house at lawiyadul hurrying for early morning mass to unsuspecting members of the church who naively think a man in a white rob has not been having rounds of sex the previous night.

In sum your life is not celibate full of deceit and a sense empty self worth that has brought the image of the church to ridicule and contempt.

BE IT AS MAY LET ME RESPOND TO TWO ISSUES YOU RAISED:

1.whether one should only demonstrate in their own village.
Freedom of Assembly and Peaceful demonstration is enshrined in the 1995 constitution Chapter four .It doesn’t not specify the location of any intended demonstration. I have ever participated in several demonstrations in Kampala one was for a peaceful end of the LRA insurgency. No one was dead neck upwards like you to tell us to go to gulu. You are flagrantly devoid of knowledge and or in utter bad taste as to whether one should demonstrate in their own village or not?

The 1995 constitution is silent on location. So a demonstration is not a cultural gala or night dancing you are well accustomed to that you have to do it in your own village.

2.Whether we are to demonstrate in gulu or not?

Gulu is a cosmopolitan city majorly just like Constantinople in the bible. Gulu is made of:
Palaro rajab (reserve) and Ariaga (area under guard) comprised casual workers who followed the Arabs and Sir Samuel baker in the 1890s,
The Koch people whose clan boundaries just beginning after custom corner and most migration was influenced by Lasto (Laciro) Okech”s early works with the colonial administration .A road is named after him
The lamogi people from Guru Guru who where moved by the colonial administration to gulu after the 1911-lamogi rebellion. The majorly settled in bardege division.
The alur who moved for unknown reasons and came from 1920s-1940 to build gulu cathedral and they remained to date.
The Bunyoro who settled in parts of Bobi and Koro it should be of interest that most people from koro Bobi have a lot of attachments to that historical fact.
The Agago people who left abila home and to date its called “Obuu gulu” and moved to gulu. It’s widely debated that this is how gulu got the name gulu.
The Bolo clan that in 1925 left awere some going to join the world wars other on core disagreement with which colonial administration. The great grandfather of Gen. Otema Awany was part of this group via gulu to end up in purongo the current Nwoya.
The madi who settled in 1950s in gulu and kitgum to work in ginnery a work then the acholi despised and where not willing to do that kind of work at the time.
The Nubians who where brought by Amin from south sudan and west Nile and remained in gulu,
The pawel and atiak area that moved and settled in gulu.
The puranga clan that made inroads in gulu as during the early colonial times of rwot ogul.
That Langi (lango omiru) who came and integrated.
The Chope who settled and remained prominent Business men
Many other clans.

So father if you did not know by any one standard it’s a cosmopolitan town. You may also need to know that with creation of “Gulu City” Palaro your home area remains out of the city in the traditional gulu district with a proposed new administrative head quarters somewhere in cwero.

CONCLUSION;

Father at my age I know for sure that for every action there is an equal but opposite reaction .I equally know that it is bliss for people to always agree with a person. I also know that is futile and dangerous for people to always agree with you.

Over the years I have learnt to serve God and not man and if in my opinion human interest is in tandem with that of God then I serve both.

I wonder how your statement that “one MP speaking English like of Keyo S.S” helps to bring a solution. That is an insult and least expected on one who calls himself a catholic priest. If we had faulted ordinarily we have come to a confession box where you would help us atone our sins. Now you have casted the first stone that Jesus warned us of.

I don’t hate you because I don’t know you and I have never met you however as the English saying goes “if you throw water at everything it becomes fish”. So please father other than raising the matter in parliament which we did I suggest you propose alternatives and we see if we can get a congruence, if there are disagreements on approach let it be professional.

As I pen down don’t ever think I can ever be foolish enough to come a pray in church where you are the celebrant akin to a “devil in a cassock”. And be informed there a priest reverends and Bishops in hell as well. I will pray you seek eternal forgiveness less those whom you pray at their funerals may have more trouble.

This is my last missive to you I don’t want to fight every battle some of them are not worth it. I will always pledge loyalty to the catholic church and faith but will not be bound or so say the least respect or associate with errant priest like you.
I know two wrongs never make right but I also know it good to dress the devil in its right and full attire .
