Two UPDF officers have been strangled in Gulu UPDF 4th Division on the night of 13, 2/2019, according to Jimmy Patrick Okema Uganda the Aswa River Region Police Spokesperson.
Okema says two people so far has been arrested in connection to the murder. He also says the suspects identified as Private Okello Moses and Luwum Fred and Nalubega Florence are in police custody. The body of Odongkara has been dumped in Kanyagoga drainage, police record CRB 212/20/2019.
Meanwhile 3 former body guards of Joseph Kony the commander of Lord’s Resistance Army has been arrested, highly sources from UPDF 4th Division Gulu barrack says they are arrested in connection of breaking in Amoury of Gulu barrack.
Last year in August 21, 2018 4th Division amoury was ramshackle by unknown military men, according to UPDF Major Ceaser Olweny.
