UGANDA PRINCE OTIM BOSMIC A PRODIGAL SON Apologizes BEFORE LAWIRWODI RWOT RICHARD SANTO APIRE FOR WRONG HAS COMMITTED

The Paramount Chief elect, Rwot Richard Santo Apire, welcomed Bosmic Otim, the prodigal who stormed Lawirwodi elect`s palace, with pomp and heavy escort on Friday, August 2, 2024 in a surprising episode. Bosmic made calls for cease fire among the Acholi communities; those who are living in the country and those who are in Diaspora.

GULU CITY-FRIDAY, AUGUST 2, 2024.

The Acholi adage,”Kadi lamyel ma myelo ma mit bene weko bar myel” literally “even a good dance there is a time for him/her to leave the stage”. Otim Bosmic quit being a trouble shooter, his apologies directed to the Acholi communities for abusing those who have been in war of words with him, without mentioning a grieved party.

“I would like to send my apology through you Lawirwodi Acholi (Paramount chief elect), that from today Friday, August 2, 2024 at 3.45 p.m. local African time, I am making apologies to all the Acholi community including you, Rwot Santo Richard Apire, (In ma lagwenga bene omako) who you suffered my attack. And all other people who I have been attacking through the social media, from today on word, I shall not abuse, attack any one regard to the assault individuals one would aim at me as part of their political ploy.” Otim apologized.

Otim Bosmic fled Uganda soon after the death of the Speaker of Parliament Jacob Oulanyah who was alleged to be poisoned in a homicide case; he made a loud noise as a social activist condemning Uganda government for the demise.

“Oulanyah died on 20 March 2022, in Seattle. His death was announced by Ugandan President Yoweri Museveni, on Museveni’s Twitter account. His father Nathan L’okori subsequently claimed that Oulanyah “did not die of natural causes, he was poisoned”

Otim thereafter fled the country and sought temporary self political asylum in South Sudan, where he was seen donning military Uniform and carrying machine gun where he declared war to toppled Uganda president Yoweri Museveni.

Later he attacked UPDF officer, Lt. Gen. Charles Otema Awany, for witch-hunting him. Later he went to Nigeria and lived with Aryem. When they parted ways, accusing her of selling her to the government of Uganda, Otim then went to Australia where tried to seek refuge, but he was rejected, and he moved to Kenya where he was granted political asylum living in Dadab refugee camp in Eastern Kenya.

In March this year 2024, Otim called off his attempt to fight the government of Uganda, and denounced rebellion, his alleged tormentor Gen. Otema Awany organized for his return. Took him to the president’s office where they met with president Museveni.

President Museveni in his remark welcomes him, and says.

“My Muzzukulu, Mr. Bosmic Otim, was mistreated by some crooks and forced to flee to Nairobi and South Sudan. Additionally, he was falsely accused, with claims that he was a rebel. Now that he has returned, I welcome him back to Uganda and to the NRM party. We will investigate who is responsible for this mistreatment and uncover the reason behind it.” President Museveni remarked.

Rwot Santo Richard Apire, the elected Acholi Paramount chief says Bosmic is free like any other Uganda; we welcome you back from self imposed political asylum.

“Bosmic Otim is now free since he has apologies to Uganda including the Acholi community, stick to your words we have encouraged you to embrace your people, since Uganda Bureau of Statistic UBS put Acholi Sub Region as being the second poorest according to Uganda Gross Domestic Index GDP. Work with your fellow Acholi to promote Operation Well Creation.” Rwot Apire argued with him.

Rwot John Ogenga Obita, Deputy Acholi Paramount chief, in charge of East Acholi says Bosmic Otim is son to his elder brother Captain Oyet Obita who was the Office Commander of the Uganda National Liberation Army UNLA, who led UNLA group of Acholi 1500, UNLA, from Entebbe to march to Kampala City in 1986, when President Museveni took over power. His fathers are the groups of people burnt alive in what is known as Kibuye, Kampala outskirt burning.

“Whatsoever, happened between Otim and his colleague we condemned as Acholi leaders, since he has denounced his attack in social media, we called upon everyone who has been aggrieved let them also listen to his apologies. I know politicians are also playing politics, when you provoke Otim as a normal human being, he will not keep quiet, and as a person he will react too.

The song he sang, (Ngec kuc ngwee, kuc cok dwogo.) We met with him during the Juba peace talk in 2006 while we were traveling to Kitgum district.”

Bosmic Otim, is a very organized person, while introducing his team, Nile Republic Music teams, his teams have been compromised by all sections of Ugandans.

Hon. Gilbert Olanya, the Kilak South MP, who has since accused him of being a spy working for the government when he was in exile, but purported to be for Acholi course, when contact for comment sent back the message through SMS THAT HE IS AWAY IN a South African country.
