Jacob Oulanyah the Deputy Speaker of Parliament who is also MP for Omoro county is finally heading to Apaa village in Amuru district. Oulanya’s visit comes a week after the Leader of Opposition, Hon. Betty Aol Ochan was last week denied access to the contested area. The media and local leaders have however been barred from travelling with the team.
